Jude Law has been cast as the younger version of Albus Dumbledore in the upcoming Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them 2. It was known that the famous wizard (and future Hogwarts School headmaster) Dumbledore would be name-dropped during the first Fantastic Beasts movie, well before the Harry Potter prequel/spinofff film hit theaters. However, it wasn’t until after Fantastic Beasts hit theaters that moviegoers began to realize, in larger numbers, just how important a role the young(er) Dumbledore will play in the four planned Fantastic Beasts sequels....

Famed sandwich shop Subway has joked about adding a “Snyder Cut” themed sandwich to their menu, in reference to Zack Snyder’s original version of Justice League. The past few weeks have seen the much-debated Snyder Cut of the superhero ensemble take on a whole new level of mainstream interest, with cast and crew members alike voicing support for its release, including Ben Affleck and Gal Gadot. Knives Out hit an impressive milestone this weekend, bringing in over $200 million worldwide in box office sales. The whodunit crime drama follows caretaker Marta Cabrera (Ana de Armas) as she and the members of the wealthy Thrombey family, played by Chris Evans, Jamie Lee Curtis, Toni Collette, Michael Shannon and Don Johnson, are interviewed by renowned detective Benoit Blanc (Daniel Craig) to solve the murder, formerly ruled a suicide, of Harlan Thrombey (Christopher Plummer)....

A new image from Zack Snyder’s cut of Justice League shows the original vision for Batman’s costume, complete with goggles. Snyder has been releasing numerous black and white images from his version of the Justice League film for a number of weeks now, something which has only made the #ReleaseTheSnyderCut movement grow louder and more demanding. From rumors Snyder’s version of Justice League would have explained The Flash’s ability to travel through time to images which reveal the film was originally supposed to include a scene where Aquaman receives his iconic costume, news surrounding any aspect of Justice League’s Snyder Cut has been met with praise and a rabid desire for more from fans, even though industry insiders have claimed an actual Snyder Cut release is little more than a pipe dream....

Katy Keene is a TV show that will be airing soon. Apple is set to launch the next version of the iPhone SE 2 in the first quarter of 2020, according to renowned Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo. The new phone will be more affordable than the rest of the Apple iPhone lineup and feature newer internals, like an A13 processor with 3 GB RAM, in a familiar iPhone 8 chassis. Kuo says that most of the new iPhone SE’s hardware specification will mirror the iPhone 8....

Writer-director Kevin Smith announces that filming on the long-awaited Jay and Silent Bob Reboot has wrapped. Released in 2001, Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back was the first cinematic entry centered on the exploits of Smith’s stoner duo, who were first introduced in the director’s debut feature Clerks. In the film, Jay (Jason Mewes) and Silent Bob (Smith) traveled to Hollywood to prevent their Bluntman and Chronic comic book from being made into a movie, encountering many strange and hilarious adventures along the way....

The Hyundai/Kia Apple Car rumor was once presented as if it were almost a done deal, before later being dismissed – but a Korean report today says some kind of deal is not entirely off the table. It goes on to hint that a deal might be struck over the Kia electric scooter… Reuters reports: The overall tone appears to be that while Hyundai/Kia may not make an electric car for Apple, the two companies are in discussion about “eight sectors,” so some kind of deal remains a possibility....

That means its 100/20Mbps plan will become 300/100Mbps, while the Business Evolve 100/100Mbps plan will become 300/300Mbps, and Small Business Fibre 100/100Mbps will be 500Mbps symmetric. “The fibre build propelled New Zealand’s broadband infrastructure well ahead of that in Australia, the UK and many other countries. However, some countries, where fibre is ubiquitous are starting to pull ahead,” the company said. The upshift could impact up to 600,000 premises, Chorus said....

Department store Kohl’s is the latest retailer to begin carrying the Apple Watch just in time for the holiday shopping season. Fortune reports that Kohl’s will offer the Apple Watch at 400 of its retail locations starting November 15. That’s just a fraction of its 1,100 locations across the country, but the report notes that it tops rival Macy’s effort. We learned back in September that Macy’s is selling the Apple Watch at 180 of its stores with mini Apple boutiques for its shoppers....

Director Todd Phillips claims that box office hit Joker almost wasn’t made because of merchandising concerns. Joker provides the backstory for the Batman villain formerly known as Arthur Fleck. The movie took a different spin on the evolution of The Joker. Instead of swimming in a pool of chemical wastes, the failed comedian, played by Joaquin Phoenix, suffers from a mental illness that causes him to laugh involuntarily. When he has an episode during one of his sets, a video of it goes viral and gives him the platform to become the infamous Joker villain....

Just Mercy is a seemingly inspirational tale about defense attorney Bryan Stevenson (Michael B. Jordan), who represents death row inmate Walter McMillan (Jamie Foxx). But behind the optimistic veneer, the film actually has a dangerous - or at least problematic - message.
