Kylie Jenner invited over sister Khloé Kardashian to do their makeup vlog for her YouTube channel. After the sisters drank 18 shots of tequila, the Keeping Up With the Kardashian sisters’ makeup looks were complete.
The youngest of the Keeping Up With the Kardashian sisters has tried her hand at many different ventures in her life, but has found her niche in cosmetics after launching Kylie Cosmetics in 2015. Due to her success, she has since landed herself the title as America’s youngest self-made billionaire at 21 years old, beating out Facebook’s Mark Zuckerberg who held the title at 23. The makeup mogul has built her empire off of her billion-dollar beauty company which started with her signature Kylie Cosmetic Lip Kits. Kylie Cosmetics has branched off to Kylie Skin, which was released earlier this year. It’s been rumored that Kylie has also trademarked her name for liquors in the future.
Kylie recently made a video for her personal YouTube channel, titled “Drunk Get Ready With Me: Kylie and Khloé” where she takes shots of tequila with sister Khloé as they attempt to put on their makeup. The video was filmed just days before Kylie’s 22nd birthday, so the sisters fittingly applied makeup from the Kylie Cosmetic’s Birthday Collection. In the Kylie Cosmetics’ office in Calabasas, California, the sisters wasted no time drinking Tequilla chased with RedBull, and they were all giggles as they attempt to put on foundation and blend their contouring. Kylie tells to Khloé about her limited edition Birthday Collection, saying, “I just wanted you to come and to get a first look at my birthday collection … It is the money collection, but it’s all about giving back this year.”
They invited Sophia Richie, who is currently dating Kourtney Kardashian’s ex Scott Disick, to watch and do shots. However, after failed attempts to get their friends to join, Khloé calls their momager Kris Jenner, but she also denies their invite by saying, “You guys are drunky monkeys, but I love it!” Kylie jokes about how messy she’s applying her eyebrow pencil, saying that her makeup artist, Ariel Tejada, “will literally throw up if he saw these.” After attempting a winged eyeliner, she says, “I’m really good at my liner, but when I’m intoxicated - absolutely not.” The pair do a full face of skin, contouring, eyes, brows, and lips, and by the end of it, they’ve cumulatively drunk 18 shots of tequila.
The glammed-up duo managed to drink their way through the vlog and apply a full face of makeup, which is impressive. It’s also a solid tease for a possible alcoholic drink brand, which Kylie has teased. Until then, though, Kylie is still dominating the makeup industry and is in negotiations for more seasons of Keeping Up With the Kardashians.
