Ahead of the New Year, Keeping Up with the Kardashians star Kourtney Kardashian is letting it be known that she’s in a new place in her life and doesn’t need a man there to enjoy it. The 40-year-old has been spotted with a number of attractive men since officially calling it quits with her ex-partner and father to her children Scott Disick. Despite the rumored hookups, the mother of three says she’s content with her single status and has no plans of changing it anytime soon.
The Kardashians’ hit reality TV show on E!, Keeping Up with the Kardashians, follows the daily life and struggles of the famous family. The show primarily follows the family’s superstars, Kris Jenner and her five daughters - Kourtney Kardashian, Kim Kardashian West, Khloé Kardashian, Kendall Jenner, and Kylie Jenner. The family of some of the most business-minded women on television showcases the sisters managing their personal lives and busy careers. With all the sisters, minus Kendall, being mothers, the popular show has only grown over the years with the addition of Kris’ 10 grandchildren. Kourtney’s appearances on the show feature her co-parenting her three children - 9-year-old Mason, 7-year-old Penelope, and 4-year-old Reign - with her ex-partner Scott Disick. Since Kourtney and Scott’s official breakup back in 2017, the eldest Kardashian has openly dated model Younes Bendjima for two years before briefly dating model/actor Luka Sabbat earlier this year.
It appears Kourtney is perfectly happy being a single mother of three. In a sneak peek of this week’s Keeping Up With the Kardashians’ episode. Kourtney sits down with pal Larsa Pippen where she admits that she is in no rush to get into a new romantic relationship. Kourtney explains, “I just feel like I’m in a different place where I just don’t feel like I need that.” She continued, “I’m content hanging out with my friends. I just feel like, I’m on a different vibe. I feel so content with just myself.” Her friend, Pippen, jokes that the reality star is “such a liar.” Kardashian insists that she doesn’t feel like she needs a man.
Kardashian notes Pippen’s current separation from husband Scottie Pippen at the time of filming and says Larsa is “in a different place than that” and argues that if dating is “what you’re into, I don’t want to be judgmental of you.” She continued, “I’d rather hang out at the house and be silly and, you know, dance and whatever instead.” Larsa shows her support saying Kourtney’s choice to stay single is “way better"for her, but then jokes that Kourtney will “go through, like, 10 more phases in the next, like, three months.”
It seems like Kourtney is busy building her Poosh brand, a lifestyle website which features topics such as health and wellness, life and style, interior design, beauty, motherhood, and more. And as a working mother of three, she already has her hands full raising her children. It remains to be seen if Kourtney is right about her not needing a man or if her friend is right about her changing her mind in a few months. It seems that right now, Kourtney is happy and is living her best life.
