On a recent episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, Kim Kardashian West revealed that the couple almost named their fourth child after his dad, Kanye West.

The couple welcomed their now 5-month-old son via surrogate in May ahead of their fifth wedding anniversary. Psalm joins the three other West children - North, 6, Saint, 3, and Chicago, 1. Kim birthed her first two children, North and Saint, but ended up using a surrogate for her last two children. She suffers from placenta accreta, which makes labor and delivery difficult. Kim and Kanye have always wanted a big family and weren’t going to let her condition get in the way.

The Wests are known for not having traditional names for their children, and the road to naming their latest child, Psalm, wasn’t straightforward. In the episode, Kim revealed how they almost named their son after Kanye. The 39-year-old reality TV star said Psalm’s name was going to be named Ye (after Kanye), but Kanye didn’t like the name because it had no meaning behind it. The couple looked up every name in the bible that had “Ye” in the beginning, but they didn’t find the right fit. Kim did come across the name Yehezkel, but ended up taking the advice of her sister on a last-minute name change.

Last month, Kim confirmed that she’d recruited the help of sisters Kendall Jenner and Kylie Jenner to help decide what to name her new baby. One of Kim’s sisters called at the last second and talked the pair out of choosing Ye and convinced them to go with Psalm. Kylie had called to say “no” to name the baby after his father and that she thought Psalm fit better with their other son’s name, Saint. The couple ended up taking Kylie’s advice and chose Psalm over Yehezkel. Although Kim and Kanye didn’t end up naming their youngest after him, they still came up with a nickname that has Ye in it. Kim said, “The kids all call him PsalmYe.”

Kim also said in the episode that their last surrogate was amazing and had “the easiest delivery” where “she pushed literally maybe one time.” Kourtney Kardashian and Kanye were in the delivery room with Kim and the surrogate. Kim feels “complete” and that four kids is the perfect number for her. “I feel so full in the best way, but I’m done,” she added. Kim’s gotten real about how hard motherhood is, but wouldn’t change it for anything. So, now that there are no more babies from the Wests, who’s next? Kylie? Khloe? Kendall?
