Bieber also recently added a neck tattoo: a giant bird spreading its wings and the word “forever” written underneath in large script. His latest ink was completed by Dr. Woo, tattoo artist to the stars.
There is one tattoo that Bieber does regret, as he revealed to GQ (via Us Weekly): “This is my ex-girlfriend, I kinda tried to cover her face up with some shading, but people still know.” He’s referring to a picture of Selena Gomez that he inked on his body during their on-again/off-again love affair that began when they were both teenagers.
