Jurassic World Evolution is returning to Jurassic Park! The hit business/park simulation game from the makers of the recent Planet Zoo are bring players back to 1993 to where it all started - the original Jurassic Park - with new DLC that releases December 10th, and features original cast members Dr. Alan Grant (Sam Neill), Dr. Ellie Sattler (Laura Dern) and Dr. Ian Malcolm (Jeff Goldblum).
Cue the original, iconic theme song (the trailer does, down below)! The timing couldn’t be better for this announcement this it was revealed in September that Neill, Dern, and Goldblum would all be returning for Jurassic World 3 as well. Nothing comes close the original Steven Spielberg masterpiece though, and soon, players will be able experience the park designs, dinosaurs and characters from the original film as players return to Isla Nublar and Isla Sorna to rebuild beloved locations on the islands. Frontier Developments announced the premium digital Jurassic World Evolution: Return to Jurassic Park today which requires the original full Jurassic World Evolution game, and it’ll be available on PC, PS4, and Xbox One. Interestingly Return to Jurassic Park takes place after the events of 1993’s Jurassic Park and adds seven new story missions that tasks players with fixing up the ruins of the park and re-opening its iconic gates to the public.
Jurassic World Evolution: Return to Jurassic Park will release alongside a free content update for all players “which includes changes to the ranger interactions with dinosaurs, guest toilet needs, and general fixes.” As for the DLC, it’ll add-in Jurassic Park-inspired attractions including the classic Main Gates and Park Tour, legacy skin variants (1993 Tyrannosaurus rex, Velociraptor, etc.). “Additionally, fans will be able to replay all existing Jurassic World Evolution challenge and sandbox levels with a 1993-inspired overlay and inventory. New dinosaurs such as the Compsognathus and Pteranodon will also be introduced in the pack. "

Jurassic World Evolution: Return to Jurassic Park reimagines iconic film locations with brand new story missions, dinosaurs, attractions and voice acting from the original cast. An all new storyline challenges players to open the greatest attraction on earth in a “What If?” scenario.
Following the events of Jurassic Park, players are invited to return, reclaim and rebuild the beloved locations of Isla Nublar and Isla Sorna, home of the first dinosaurs to step foot on the planet in 65 million years. Seven new story missions, delivered by the original cast of Sam Neill, Jeff Goldblum and Laura Dern, will challenge players to fix the park and open the iconic gates to the public for the first time in a reimagining of the beloved series.
Alongside this exciting new expansion will be a free update comprising of new Ranger team functions, guest toilet needs and more fixes and tweaks to the game.
Jurassic World Evolution: Return to Jurassic Park will be available on 10 December for £15.99 / €19.99 / $19.99 on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One digital stores.
