Developer Square Enix has announced the official title of the upcoming Kingdom Hearts mobile game - Kingdom Hearts: Dark Road. Kingdom Hearts: Dark Road is set to release in Spring 2020, according to Square Enix. A fresh report from Ming-Chi Kuo gives KGI’s take on the recent stories of poor market reception for HomePod. The report suggests that Apple could sell 2-2.5 million HomePods across all of 2018, with a million of those from first month pent-up demand. Most analysts have predicted sales for HomePod around ten million a year, so Kuo’s prediction is quite pessimistic. He says the high price has cut off a lot of the potential market (in the face of tough, cheaper, competition) and that Apple is ‘mulling’ a lower-cost model....

King Kong came roaring back to life in Warner Bros./Legendary Pictures’ Kong: Skull Island, which easily topped the U.S. box office in its opening weekend with about $61 million. However, the film has quickly dropped off in subsequent weeks after its opening as the competition stiffened with the likes of Beauty and the Beast and Power Rangers crowding the field. With a MonsterVerse planned from Warner Bros. and Legendary, producers were likely hoping for more from Kong: Skull Island’s domestic box office numbers....

Writer-director Rian Johnson says he would love to do a Knives Out sequel with Daniel Craig. Knives Out is one of this Thanksgiving’s most anticipated releases after its screening at this year’s Toronto Film Festival earned a standing ovation and extremely positive reviews.
