The Wall Street Journal reports that Apple’s May 4th motion for a California version of the Proview/iPad trademark case to be dismissed has been approved. The saga has been long-running, with Proview claiming that Apple illegally purchased the right to use the “iPad” trademark in China. With Alexa and HomeKit support, however, hands-free control is being taken to a whole new level. Essentially, you’ll be able to use your voice through Siri and Alexa to turn the water on and off, and give specific commands like “pour 64 ounces of water.” The faucet also measures water usage and makes that data easily accessible through iOS....

Isaacson rejected to turn-in his notes as evidence. His lawyers asked the District Attorney to rid of the subpoena two-weeks ago, citing the journalist Shield law. A judge then ruled that Isaacson does not have to turn-in his notes as evidence, reported Publishers Weekly.
